Products with 1-3 Year Warranty

Our products come with 1-3 year warranty from the date of purchase, provided they are used under normal conditions and for their intended purpose. Please avoid overloading your Urban or placing them in temperatures where they do not belong (like saunas).

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and does not apply to damage caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind.

To make a warranty claim, you must have purchased your Urban from our website or an authorised reseller and provide proof of purchase. The Urbanist warranty is in addition to your consumer protection rights.

How do I make a claim?

Please email our support team with your order details and a description of the problem if you need to lodge a warranty claim or report damage. Attaching photos of the problem can help speed up the process. Thank you for your assistance.
