Returns & Exchanges

Quality control is our top priority but occasionally something might slip through the cracks. If your product is faulty, or we sent you an incorrect order by mistake, send it back to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (including shipping*).

If you change your mind (it happens to the best of us), or wish to return an unwanted gift, please contact hello@myurbanstore.com as we would love to help you exchange or refund your purchase if returned within 30 days of delivery. There are a few things to note: the return shipping isn't covered and refunds need to be sent to the original purchaser's method of payment. 

For change of mind returns or exchanges, your item needs to be:

1. In perfect, brand new condition
2. Have swing tags, labels and original packaging intact

Remember, all our products come with a 1-3 year warranty so if something goes awry down the track, be sure to let our support team know via  hello@myurbanstore.com

*If you are eligible, we’ll email a prepaid returns slip to you.

Exchanges

 

We will happily help you process an exchange within 30 days of delivery. The item will need to be returned to us in its original condition with packaging intact. Please reach out to hello@myurbanstore.com for help.

If your order arrives damaged, the product is faulty or it wasn't what you ordered, you can choose to have the items replaced or refunded. We’ll also cover the cost of postage for new items (or refund original postage cost if you ordered online).

In this case, please contact us on hello@myurbanstore.com before sending your order back so that we can approve the return and issue you with a reply paid label so that you won't need to pay for your return shipping.
